Tina Del Casale

Tina has an extensive knowledge of loan programs and financing solutions for her clients. From First Time Home Buyer and VA loans, to FHA conventional and jumbo financing, she can help connect her clients with a mortgage solution that meets their unique needs and personal goals.  Tina is committed to educating homebuyers and helping her clients realize savings. 

Tina holds a degree in business administration. She also received a certificate from the National Community Development Lending School held at the University of Minnesota. 

Helping others is not just a goal, but a passion for Tina. That’s why she volunteers her time and expertise for the betterment of her industry and community. Since 2001, Tina has been an active member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and the D.C. Association of Realtors.  She is currently on the board of directors of Housing and Community Initiatives, Inc., in Montgomery County, Maryland, and was previously on the Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together of Montgomery County.

Tina resides currently in Silver Spring, Maryland, and is renovating her future residence in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, D.C. When not working with clients, Tina enjoys interior decorating, wine tasting, reading good murder mysteries, and socializing with friends and family.
